Cancellation policy
You can cancel your stay at any time.
Please note, however, that cancellation fees will apply in the event of a cancellation, as the guest does not have a free right of withdrawal.
The amount of compensation depends on the date the written notice of cancellation (by email or post) is received by the landlord and is:
- Up to 45 days before the start of the rental period: 10% of the rental price
- 44 to 33 days before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
- 32 to 22 days before the start of the rental period: 60% of the rental price
- 21 to 4 days before the start of the rental period: 80% of the rental price
- From 3 days before the start of the rental period until the start of the rental period: 90% of the rental price
Rebooking or Substitute Tenant: If the guest nominates a substitute tenant who takes over the contract under the same conditions, no cancellation fees will apply. The landlord's consent is required for this, but may not be refused without a valid reason.
Rebooking your stay (e.g., postponing to a different period) is possible subject to agreement and availability.
In this case, a processing fee of €50 may be charged.
Cancellation by the landlord: Should the landlord be forced to cancel the contract due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, official orders, unforeseen damage to the property), the amount already paid will be fully refunded. No further claims exist.
Recommendation: We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance to protect yourself against possible cancellation fees.
