Cerro is a district of the town of Laveno-Mombello on the eastern shore of Lake Maggiore, located in the Lombardy region. This tranquil village is particularly known for one of the most beautiful beaches on Lake Maggiore, Spiaggia di Cerro. Not only does the fine sand and the small promenade invite sunbathing, but so does the picturesque view of the Borromean Islands. Isola Madre is also easily accessible via the car ferry from Laveno to Varese. Furthermore, Laveno offers an adventure and a breathtaking panorama of the central lake with the Sasso del Ferro cable car.

We (2 adults, 2 small children) had a wonderful week at Casa Sebastiano! It's perfectly equipped – the pictures were absolutely accurate! Seba was always easy to reach and provided us with helpful information and tips. The children thoroughly enjoyed the pool and all the toys. Thanks again for everything!

We had a wonderful time at Casa Sebastiano. Ideal for families, with a lovely boho style and a great place to relax. Seba takes excellent care of his guests and provides a guest map to help plan your stay. It's very child-friendly with a high chair, playroom, children's cutlery, and a stair gate. There's a beautiful, large playground and beach by the lake, within walking distance. We highly recommend this accommodation and would definitely come back!

What amenities are included in Casa Sebastiano?
The holiday home is especially family-friendly. It features high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning in every room, kitchens with modern appliances, a shared pool, and comfortable living areas. For children, there are plenty of toys, children's cutlery, a highchair, and two travel cots. The living area includes a TV and board games. Two mountain bikes are also available (please contact us for details).

How far is the accommodation from the nearest beach?
Casa Sebastiano is just a 7-minute walk from Spiaggia Cerro beach. There's also a lovely outdoor playground there.

Is parking available at the accommodations?
But of course – there's even a garage available. In addition, there's another designated parking space directly in front of the garage.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM at the latest. If you require flexible times, please contact us in advance – we will do our best to accommodate your wishes.
