Rules

True to the motto 'la mia casa è la tua casa!' We want to hand over the lovingly furnished holiday home into the best hands.
The following house rules provide a guideline for a harmonious stay and also provide the basis for future guests to have a comfortable home. If you are missing equipment or furnishings, we would be happy to hear your feedback. We would like to thank you in advance for understanding the following rules!

General
We ask you to treat the casa and the common area with care and to ensure that fellow travelers and relatives also adhere to the regulations. The house entrance door should always be locked with the security bolt “lock”. Access from outside is not possible without a pin. Please also note & to check whether the garage door is actually closed (you often get lost with the remote control). Please also close all windows when leaving the apartment to avoid possible damage caused by storms or break-ins and turn off the lights. With the resources of water, electricity & We generally ask you to handle gas carefully.

Check-in
We can offer you check-in from 3:00 p.m.
Unfortunately, an earlier check-in is not possible due to the cleaning time.
The key handover or rather the handover of the remote control for the gate & The garage is accessed independently via the key box on the gate. More about this in the separate 'explanatory image' at check-in. 

Check-out
Please check-out by 11:00 a.m. so that we can meet straight away We can dedicate ourselves to cleaning in order to ensure that the next guests have a clean casa.
Please put the remote control back in the key box after leaving the gate. More about this in the separate "explanatory picture".

Quiet time
In the spirit of good coexistence in the neighborhood, we ask you to observe the public quiet times such as lunchtime, nighttime and Sunday rest. In the Casa itself, out of consideration, the quiet time between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. also applies.

Child supervision
Dear parents, please supervise your children, especially in context with pool use. Any child-friendly safety precautions have not yet been fully implemented and therefore require the parents' full attention.

Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in the Casa. The lingering smell would probably bother us all very much. There is an ashtray on the balcony - smokers are of course welcome here.

Pets
With the best will in the world, we are not strictly against pets, quite the opposite. We would simply like to know - also in order to plan appropriate preparation and follow-up. Please ask before booking whether it is possible to bring your pet with you.

Keys & Gate remote control
Please never give the key or the gate remote control to unauthorized third parties. If you lose your keys or remote control, please report it immediately. We reserve the right to transfer liability to the guest up to the amount of the replacement costs.

Damage
No one (hopefully) intentionally damages objects, but it can happen to anyone that something breaks. Please inform us immediately of the damage caused so that we can quickly take care of the restoration. If we unfortunately discover deliberate or grossly negligent destruction, the guest will be liable for the damage in the amount of the replacement costs.

Airing
To avoid mold formation, we ask you to ventilate the rooms sufficiently. We would be very grateful to you for at least 1x shock ventilation per day for 5-10 minutes and especially the shock ventilation after showering in the respective bathrooms.

Baths
Please do not throw away hygiene products or similar in the toilets or BD's. These can lead to unpleasant blockages. Please use the disposal option provided in the form of the rubbish bins in the respective bathrooms.

Kitchen
Filtered water has been coming out of the tap since March 2024 - please feel free to help yourself to drinking water. Please handle the kitchen equipment and technical equipment with care so that the next guests also have the same conditions. Please only place dishes, pots and cutlery in the cupboards when they are clean and dry. Please do not place hot pots and other hot objects on the table or countertop without a coaster. Always use a cutting board as a base when cutting.

Use of the community pool
Our pool is in operation from the beginning of May (depending on the weather) until the end of October. Unfortunately it is not heated, but this is definitely not necessary in the summer months. The pool is available to you throughout your stay. Important: We, the landlord or the owner, assume no liability for the use of the pool. We would particularly like to point out that swimming in the pool for children under 12 is only permitted when accompanied by adults and we assume no liability in this context. Before entering the pool, we ask that you take a quick shower. Contaminating the water of any kind is prohibited. Jumping from the edge of the pool, as well as running and playing ball in the pool area, is at your own risk. The pool area is open from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Intermediate cleaning
If interim cleaning is required during your stay, we can organize this for you. The price for the interim cleaning including a new duvet cover is EUR 49.00. Please let us know 2 days in advance.

washing machine
A washing machine with dryer function has also recently been added. Here we ask our guests to use sparingly for the love of the environment.
